1. Starter: Create a mnemonic device to remember the 7 characteristics of a civilization. Be prepared to share.

 
2. Symbolic Illustration: Explain your structure poster to the class.

 
3. Research – Akkadians & Babylonians:

• Download into Word the chart in your World History Handouts folder. 
• Create one chart for the Akkadians and one chart for the Babylonians.
• Use the textbook (pg. 37) to fill in as much information into the charts as possible about the two civilizations.
• To complete the charts, use reliable web resources. 
• You will turn these in by uploading them to your World History folder. Be sure to share your World History folder with me!
